The Sundial bridge is located at the Turtle Bay Exploration Park in Redding, California. It was first opened on July 4, 2004, and was designed by Santiago Calatrava.The structure evokes a sense of weightlessness and is also environmentally sensitive to its river setting - with no supports in the water.Certainly a most interesting piece of work well worth the $23 million spent. But does it tell the time?
