September 24, 2006: a festival to celebrate the dance/disco/electronic spirit is held in San Francisco. Although it looks loud and messy, it is not disorderly and it seems to attract all manner of dress, costume, andpartying! Numerous policemen keep the place sane, though it seems incongrous to imagine the City Hallbeing a backdrop to such parties back home.
