Shenandoah National Park exemplified the "super big trip with lots of planning and lots of support".Its actually a trip starting from Pittsburgh, through Shenandoah National Park in Virginia,then to Richmond, finally DC, and then back to Pittsburgh.
All in a Monday - Friday affair staying at someplaces that were planned, and some that weren't.That took up all of Spring Break 2000.
Other than that, there was the mega-big SSA effort to build a booth for Spring Carnival.
