To celebrate China's 54th National Day (October 1), the various Chinese organizations in the Bay Areaput up a celebration at a park near Union City, CA on September 28, 2003. Many city and county officials, corporate sponsors, families andspectators watched a cultural performance in the ampitheater. There was also a makeshift market, sports games, and of course, food.
