I actually meant to go to Great World City, but took the train to Tiong Bahru MRT and got off. Being early, I walkedaround the upgraded Town, seeing very tall (40th plus?) flats, murals on a primary school, a slightly defensive black cat, andkids playing about the beautiful gardens. Singapore is truly like a garden city, even without the IMF/WB specials.
