Stayed in Webster Hall from May 2000 till May 2001. Moving there was an interesting ordealand reminded me not to let anyone else drive a U-Haul truck. :)
It was a nice place, I had my own private, single room at last, and the lack of network connectivitywas quite completely made up by the convenience of CMU's Wireless Andrew network reaching ourapartment courtesy of Mellon Institute. Quite many other people soon caught on and startedhooking up their computers there. I myself had the ordeal of setting up an ISA PCMCIA adaptercard and a Lucent Range Extender antenna, plus having separate WaveLAN cards for my laptop and my desktopsince sharing proved more difficult than it looked.
